Asbestos removal
We survey, plan and remove asbestos-containing materials from domestic, commercial, industrial and public-sector buildings. Licensed work is notified to the HSE via ASB5 with the statutory 14-day period, and every job runs to a site-specific plan of work.
Controlled conditions as standard: full enclosures, negative pressure units, decontamination facilities, personal and background air monitoring, independent four-stage clearance and consigned disposal at licensed facilities.

Land remediation
We deliver remediation strategies for contaminated and brownfield land — from asbestos in soils and hydrocarbons to made-ground and buried obstructions.
Works are validated with sampling and reporting so the site is development-ready and the evidence pack satisfies planning conditions and the regulator.

Demolition
Demolition planned to BS 6187 and CDM 2015, with temporary works design where structures require it. We work in occupied and constrained environments — town centres, live estates, operational industrial sites.
Because we hold the asbestos licence in-house, pre-demolition removal and take-down run as one sequence rather than two contracts.

Construction
Once a site is clear and validated, we can carry the works forward — enabling packages, groundworks, substructure and build, delivered by directly employed teams.
One contractor across clearance and construction removes the interface risk that usually sits between demolition and the follow-on package.
