Our management and site teams have spent their careers in licensed asbestos work, demolition and groundworks. That depth is why our programmes hold, our method statements reflect real site conditions, and our supervisors know when to stop work and reassess.
We operate from Battlesbridge in Essex and work across the UK — local authorities, housing providers, main contractors, developers, schools and industrial clients. Projects range from single-property removals to multi-phase remediation and demolition packages on live sites.
Because asbestos, remediation, demolition and construction all sit in-house, clients deal with one contractor across the full sequence — with a single chain of responsibility for safety, waste and records.

Excellence & professionalism
Directly employed, trained operatives and competent supervision on every site. Documentation is issued as part of the job, not chased afterwards. Clients get one point of contact from survey to sign-off.
Safety & compliance
We work to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, CDM 2015 and current HSE guidance. Notification, plans of work, air monitoring, clearance testing and consignment are built into the programme, not bolted on.
Sustainable practices
Materials are segregated and reclaimed wherever the waste hierarchy allows, hazardous streams are routed through licensed facilities, and plant and haulage are planned to reduce movements.

From survey to sign-off

Survey & assessment
Site visit, review of existing survey data, sampling where required, and a clear picture of what is present.

Plan & notify
Method statement, risk assessment and programme. Licensed work notified to the HSE with the statutory 14-day period.

Controlled works
Enclosures, controls and monitoring in place. Supervised removal, remediation or demolition to the agreed method.
04
Clearance & handover
Independent clearance testing, consignment notes and a complete records pack issued on completion.
